The Powder Room 3

This is a very powerful image to me. The model's body speaks of vulnerability, as well as her nudity. She is exposed in her private place. When I tink of a bathroom, I think of it as a private spot, and yes, it's a great place to just sit and think. It looks to me as if someone has walked in on her, unannounced and she is surprised and exposed by this. (perhaps I read into things too much, but I try to find the story in art)

What i love is the model's pose. It draws the eye around the body, then points outward.

What I think could be improved (and this is purely a matter of personal taste) was if she were turned slightly so that the genitalia weren't showing. I am not a prude by any means, I just think it would give her a more interesting leg line to be slightly more in profile.

What I am not a fan of is the expression. It seems to follow with many the "bored/beautiful" face, that is somehow relaxed, pouty and shocked at the same time. It's sort of the professional modeling world's version of the "ducklips" or "kissyface"

I will always encourage models to expand their expressions, both extreme ones and subtle ones to see what range they can develop besides just "painfully beautiful" There is so much emotion in are and you, the model are the storyteller!
